in store returns policy

At Love at First Sight Vintage, every item in our boutique is one-of-a-kind and preloved. Because of the unique and second-hand nature of our pieces, we’re unable to offer refunds. Once an item leaves our boutique, there's no way to guarantee it has been returned in the exact condition it was sold, and we want to ensure fairness for all our customers.

We do offer exchanges or store credit for items returned to us within 7 working days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as sold. We encourage you to try items on in our fitting room before purchasing, as all sales are considered final once the return window has passed.

All items are sold as seen. We take care to stock only pieces in excellent vintage condition, and any minor imperfections will have been factored into the pricing. However, if you believe your item has a significant fault that was missed, please don’t hesitate to get in touch or bring it back to us — we’ll always do our best to make things right.
