Online returns & refunds policy

At Love at First Sight Vintage, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. However, as a small business, returns are a very costly and time consuming process for us. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Your Right to RETURN
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to return your online order within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
We are not responsible for the postage expense, you will not be reimbursed for this.
How to Return an Item
Email us at hello@loveatfirstsightvintage.com with your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item securely and send it back to us at:

[Insert Returns Address]If the order is worth more than £20, use a tracked service.
Please obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Condition of Returned Items
Because we sell vintage clothing, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Of course with our items being second hand, this makes accepting returns is very difficult for us.
Unworn and unwashed.
With original tags/labels attached.
Free from marks, scents, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in a condition that makes it unsaleable.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Earrings or pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
Bikinis without hygiene stickers attached.
Gift cards.
Faulty or Not as Described Items
We invest a lot of time into quality control and carefully assessing the condition of each and every item. All of our items are preloved and second hand, so may show light signs of wear. Noticeable imperfections should be photographed and/or described. In the rare case that this is untrue and your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. You are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item(s). Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
